We have now nearly completed shipping. So as mentioned in our email we request that you allow 5 days for tracking to go live.
As such we are hopeful that many of you will receive your Casaule's before the festive period begins.

How does shipping work?
Over the next 7 days you will receive tracking emails to your Indiegogo associated email address.
Once you get this email it will explicitly state you must wait 5 days for the tracking to go 'live' Then up to 25 working days for it to be delivered.
If you have purchased express shipping in BackerKit we will send you a personalized email with separate instructions.

As a first port of call please ensure you have allowed the initial 5 days for the tracking to work its way into the system. We also suggest popping the tracking number into 17track.net.
